What is a grout pump?

Grout pumps can pump grout into the voids of structures until it comes in contact with the existing foundation and hardens to create a strong bond.  There are different machines for different jobs but they all consist of a feeding hopper, outlet and inlet valves and pistons.  They are powered by electric, diesel, hydraulic or gas.  Larger pumps with high psi can be pumped through hoses and used on tall buildings while the machine sits on the ground. Smaller hand pumps are also available for small masonry jobs.

Koine Series Continuous Pump Series

Specifically made to be used with underlayment’s, fireproofing, grouts and preblended mortars, these machines are made for continuous high volume spraying.  Every spray will be consistent due to the precise water volume control introduced into the mixing chamber.  Once setup to the proper specification in regards to water and speed ratio, its just a matter of feeding the dry mix into the hopper, the pump does the rest.

Clean up is easy since the dry material can stay in the hopper for the next use, water can be pushed through the hoses to clean it out at the end of each use.

Small 50 For Spraying & Grouting

Is a portable electrically driven machine that runs off of 110 volt that is very versatile.  This pump can spray stucco, grout into door jams, fire proofing, self-leveling materials in both residential and commercial applications.  With multiple accessories for various applications, the small 50 is an economical and multi use machine

Step Up 120 (stiff material)

This series of pumps gives you a much larger capacity as well as spraying thicker or stiffer material.  This electric or gas driven towable pump is compact and has ability to pump unique materials, that are used in restoration mortars, fireproofing, waterproofing and underlayments.  This machine can handle aggregates up to 3/8” and 35% concentration.

Silent 300 Prestige

The most flexible of Imer’s line-up, appropriate for most applications when you have to blend and siphon your materials reliably with higher volume. The Prestige is made to be utilized in intense conditions to supply the right amount of volume for your application.

Using the hydraulic dump and easy mixing height included pressure washer for simple tidy up, air compressor for spraying applications are driven by the 3 chamber diesel motor which will give high torque to the hydraulic pump. ​ Intended for use with mortars, plasters, grouts (up to 3/8" agg up to 35%).

Adding on the high stream stator, 50mm hoses and shotcrete nozzle these machines can be used to spray pools and walls.

Booster Series, Diesel Powered

This machine was designed for ¾” concrete, the Booster 15 has a capacity of 20 cubic yards and hour for concrete or shotecrete. Powered by a diesel engine for fluid pumping and minimal pulsation with a 1000 psi pumping pressure.  This pump is ideal for pumping off of ready-mix trucks for grouts, shotcrete, concrete and low slump.
