"This is a high-quality pump for a great price. We purchased the 1000 psi pump for hydrostatic testing of water lines that only needed to be tested at 150 psi. Since it comes with a 2000 psi gauge, I simply changed the gauge for a 300 psi gauge for the lower pressure requirements. After setting the output pressure not to exceed 225 psi, we were able to test with the needle in the middle of the range.
<br>This company has excellent tech support, by the way. To me, that alone is worth the price difference between this product and cheaper imports."
