Hit Tools 22-Wc30 | works good

Used for removing cables from boat lifts. Cuts good in areas with ample clearance, difficult but possible to make tight cuts. Closest to flush-cut is about 1/2". Recommend pre-threading heat shrink to protect cut ends.
