HIT Tools 22-PCP112 | Rachet pvc cutter

For cutting plastic pipe in tight places and multiple times this cutter is a time saver due to its auto retractable blade. Once the cut is made it retracts automatically so a simple squeeze of the handle and a new cut has begun. It is well made and should last awhile. Replacement blades are readily available. I am sold.
