- The Fein GXW lubricant module is the perfect addition to your centerless grinding module GXC. Not only will your finish be better due to the use of lubrication it will also keep dust down in your shop which is ideal for those shops who worry about the health of there employees and how ther shop looks. The module also helps shops who are doing allot of stainless work and do not want cross contamination problems. This unit comes 440 volt standard but can be easily changed to 220 volt. This will also help your company save money due to the improved life of your belts due to cleaner sanding. A self contained, closed circulation system minimizes coolant consumption.
- GXW for wet grinding: There are several arguments for wet grinding using the GXW cooling lubricant module: The swarf is bonded immediately, cooling extends the service life of the grinding belts, the finishing results are noticeably improved and thanks to the reduced heat development during grinding the corrosion risk for stainless steel pipes is reduced. A closed circuit ensures sparing consumption of the coolant.
- Wet grinding with the Slugger GXW cooling lubricant module provides significantly better surface results: grinding dust is immediately controlled and cooling extends the service life of the grinding belts. Reduced heat generation while grinding also lowers the risk of corrosion with stainless steel tubes. A self contained cooling system ensures economical use of cooling lubricant.
