Hydraulic CNC Press Brake - 179 Ton, 126", 2 Axis - Baileigh
- Need to bend long lengths of ¼ mild steel? Then the BP-179CNC bending press is the perfect machine for your shop.
- It is available in both 10 foot and 13 foot lengths.
- The advantage of the 13 foot length is that it will allow 10 foot sheets to slide between the beams.
- The BP-179CNC is built to withstand the rigors of everyday use and is built to last.
- The BP-179CNC is made for all steel plate designed to interlock and be welded for maximum rigidly and minimum deformation.
- A pair of synchronized hydraulic cylinders handles the bending functions on the BP-179CNC and put out a whopping 179 tons of force, thanks to its Rexroth® and NOK® hydraulic components.
- The functions of the back gauge and the bend depth are handled by the Estun® E200 controller.
- The E200 controller can hold up to 40 programs with 25 bends per program and has an accuracy of . 01mm.
- All of the other main electrical components are supplied by Schneider® from Germany except the light curtains and they are from the German brand Fiessler®.
- The multi vee bottom die and gooseneck punch on the BP-179CNC bending press are standard issue and made from hardened tool steel for long bending life.
- The three piece top punch is secured to the bending ram through the use of quick release tooling holders.
- These types of holders are great for doing multiple bends over the entire length of the press brake.
