Toolfetch is an Automotive and construction tool supplier in mid town Manhattan. We are currently seeking a high-energy, motivated self starter for Administration/customer service work. This is a mid level position.

Successful candidates will have:

College degree or equivalent work experience
Good computer skills
Experience with MS Office applications
High energy level and enthusiasm
Good phone skills and customer service manner
Must be highly organized
Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities may include:

Answer incoming phone calls from customers and placing orders
Communicating with vendors regarding the status of orders, tracking numbers etc
Taking care of all shipping occurrences (damages, claims)
Faxing, emailing and phone orders into our vendors
Responding to customer emails and telephone inquiries
Responsible for newsletter emails sent to our customer base
Shipping International orders through USPS

Data Entry

Toolfetch is an Automotive and construction tool supplier in mid town Manhattan. We are currently seeking a high-energy, motivated self starter for Data Entry Work. This is a part time position. Successful candidates will have:

Data Entry experience (preferably with working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets)
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated work ethic/reliability
Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities include:

Entering product data through an online administration tool
Reviewing and editing data as necessary to assure quality control
Editing and preparing product images for release
Performing additional duties as required

Ideal candidates for this position will have:

One to two years related data entry experience
Strong computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to problem solve
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Adobe Photoshop
Two-year college degree

Inside Sales Person

Toolfetch is a construction and automotive tool and equipment company in Manhattan carrying over 20,000 products. We are currently seeking a high-energy, motivated self-starter for inside sales selling our products. This is an entry-mid level position. Successful candidates will have:

College degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in a sales environment
Desired person would be familiar with the Hardware/Tool industry
Good computer skills
Experience with MS Office applications
High energy level and enthusiasm
Good phone skills
Must be highly organized
Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities include:

Warm calling our existing database of customers across the country
Taking sales calls and phone orders
Open new business accounts
Working closely with our vendors about promotions and new products
Have weekly sales meetings with upper management.
Mailing our catalog to prospects and follow-up phone calls

Responsibilities include:

Working with our email program constant contact to design new templates and mailings.
Work closely with our management team to run specific specials, coupons and deals.
Design new imagery in Photoshop and illustrator.
Manage our email database and listings for our customers base.
Monitor and analyze click throughs, open rates and all other reports on our campaigns.
Maintain marketing communications production schedule to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Maintain awareness of email marketing trends and technologies and make recommendations on email optimization tactics and best practices.
Support creation, development, testing, and execution of all marketing emails.
