The Partner K950 Ring Saw is a completely new saw that is just as handy, maneuverable and versatile as an ordinary gas-powered saw. You can quickly and easily cut through 10" walls, ceilings and floors from one side. Since the widest part of the cutting blade is inside the material, over cutting in the corners can practically be eliminated. The result is more efficient work with cleaner cuts and fewer touch ups. Another advantage, there is less digging when cutting around pipes that are lying in trenches.
To sum it up, Partner’s new K950 Ring Saw opens up new possibilities for applications that cannot be done with a standard gas-powered saw and you can double your capacity.
Partner’s patented drive principle
Our experience of the ring saw principle is long and unique, this helped us improve the design over the years. The blade is guided by and runs on four rollers at the outside edge of the blade. Two engagement rollers fit into a groove on the side of the blade and force the blade, under spring tension, forward in the drive wheel. The drive wheel is powered by the gas engine. The V shaped groove in the wheel drives the inside rim of the blade much like a pulley drives a V-belt. The other two rollers (support rollers) hold the blade in place from the other side.

Concrete saws operate in extreme environments. The power source in the K950 Ring is the well-known gas powered K950 Active, which utilizes our patented Active Air Filtration system. The machine’s ergonomics have been meticulously developed so that you can do your work efficiently and without unnecessary effort.
Active Air Filtration™ – For unrivaled cleaning of the intake air
The Active Air Filtration system is based on three separate filtering systems.
The first stage in the filtering system utilizes the centrifugal forces from the cooling fan, filtering up to 80% of the dust particles from the intake air.
The remaining dust is caught in the next stage, an oil-saturated foam filter.
The third stage is a pleated paper filter, which forms an extra safeguard against cutting dust penetrating into the engine. The Active Air Filtration system minimizes the risk of abrasive cutting dust following the intake air into the engine. As a result, the cleaning intervals for the filters are extended 3–5 times, which reduces costs and downtime.
SmartCarbâ„¢ keeps power levels high
Partner’s unique carburetor, SmartCarb™, with integrated filter compensation, automatically adjusts the carburetor’s fuel/air ratio, as the air filters become clogged. SmartCarb™, together with Active Air Filtration, ensure high power levels, better filter economy, lower fuel consumption and reduced emissions.
Easy Start reduces pull-start forces by 50%
Thanks to the Easy Start decompression valve, the force required to pull start the machine is reduced by 50%. This means that the saw is easy to start, which reduces the physical strain placed on the user as well as the starter mechanism.
Automatically lubricated clutch bearing increases product life and ensures operation
The self-lubricating clutch bearing is a unique feature on all our gas-powered cutters. A duct in the crankshaft supplies lubricant to the bearing so that it is always lubricated and keeps dust out.
Dura Starterâ„¢ increases the life of the starter mechanism
Our patented, sealed starter mechanism, Dura Starterâ„¢, is practically maintenance free, thanks to a unique design which seals the return spring and the pulley bearing. A number of different seals prevent the cutting dust from reaching the essential parts of the starter mechanism. Dura Starterâ„¢ now has a stronger starter cord which increases its durability.

Truck Deliveries
Most of our trucking carriers offer Curb Side Delivery
to customers location. Curbed Side Delivery means it is the responsibility of
the customer who is receiving the shipment to have the means to unload by (fork
lift or loading dock)
Please note larger items that have free shipping on ground delivery (Cement
Mixers, Panel saws, log splitters) Toolfetch pays the shipping to a commercial/business
address assuming the location has a fork lift, loading dock or man power to
remove the product off the truck. Toolfetch does not pay for Residential fees
or lift gate service, this is responsibility of the customer. One of our shipping
personal will contact you prior to processing your order with (Residential fees,
or liftgate fee if required).
Toolfetch offers different options for truck deliveries:
Commercial/Business Address:
If Toolfetch ships to a commercial address (assuming
customer has a forklift or loading dock) Toolfetch will pay the shipping.
If liftgate service is required additional fees will be added depending on
the freight carrier. A Toolfetch shipping representative will contact you
and ask you if you need this additional service. Toolfetch is not responsible
if the product cannot be unloaded off the truck. Truck drivers are not deemed
responsible to help unload the product off the truck. Please note if you operate
your business out of residential address you will be charged for the additional
costs of delivering to a residential address
Residential address:
(Larger Items such as Cement Mixers, Panel Saws, Generators
etc..)
Trucking carriers impose additional shipping costs to a residential address.
The additional fee is due to shipping carriers not being able to use 18
wheelers down residential streets and need to switch to smaller trucks.
Toolfetch is not responsible for additional shipping costs to a residential
address.
Additional costs for residential delivery can range from $30-65 depending
on shipping carriers.. Larger items that are heavy over 70 lb. customers
should request lift gate service. Liftgate service charges can range from
$40 - 100 depending on carrier. A Toolfetch representative will call prior
to processing the order and discuss these additional costs
If the customer does not request lift gate service Toolfetch is not responsible
if the product cannot be removed from the truck. Please note truck drivers
are not deemed responsible to help unload the product off the truck .If
the driver or customer cannot unload the product it will be brought back
to the shipping depot. The customer is responsible for making a 2nd delivery
attempt and will be charged accordingly
Pickup from Terminal:
An alternative to shipping to a residential or commercial/business
address is shipping the unit to a shipping terminal. If the customer requests
to ship to a terminal we can make arrangements with our shipping carriers
for the customer to pickup the unit from the terminal. Toolfetch will determine
the closest terminal to the customers location prior to processing the order.
Please note you must bring proper identification to the terminal.
Products that have the icon free shipping
on ground deliveries:
Items under 70 lb. (lasers,
carts, powertools, buckets, etc...) that have free shipping on ground
delivery will be shipped regular UPS ground or FedEx Ground.
Items over 70 Ib. (Cement Mixers, Log Splitters,
Generators, kettles, rail saws etc...) that have free shipping on
ground delivery will be shipped by freight truck. Please note these items
can only ship ground service. Toolfetch has free shipping to commercial/business
addresses assuming the location has a loading dock or fork lift present
to remove the item off the truck. Toolfetch does not pay for additional
residential fees or lift gate service (please see residential
address section for additional costs). These additional costs are the
responsibility of the customer. A Toolfetch representative will call prior
to processing the order and ask if the customer is shipping the product
to a residential address or commercial address and if you require lift gate
service.
UPS and FedEx:
Most items under 70 pounds ship by UPS or FedEx
Please note UPS and FedEx cannot ship to a PO Box.
If shipping to Hawaii or Alaska the shipment will be mailed Second day air
only
Back Orders:
If an item is purchased from Toolfetch that is backordered
you will be notified via email immediately. We will keep you updated on the
backorder status of the product or we will offer substitute products if the
product cannot ship in a timely fashion.

The Lease Procedure
At NuCorp Financial Services, we make leasing as easy as 1-2-3! Most applicants
can be approved up to $75,000.00 with a simple one-page application.
Step 1
Client expresses interest in leasing the equipment from the equipment vendor.
Client completes the NuCorp Financial Services Equipment Application and returns
it to NuCorp via fax or email.
Step 2
Lease Consultant processes the application and calls the client to go over the
terms of the approval. Upon a verbal agreement on terms, a lease proposal is
sent to client. Once lease proposal is returned, the lease documents are prepared
and sent out to client.
Step 3
Client sends back the lease documents and NuCorp reviews the documents and completes
verbal verification. Once verbal is completed, the lease is funded and commenced.
A check is sent out overnight to the equipment vendor.

What Are The Benefits of Leasing?
Leasing Conserves Capital. Leasing eases the strain on working capital
by providing 100% financing. This means that your client has more money available
to invest in profit generating activities. It converts a large cash sale price
into a low, affordable, tax-deductible monthly payment. Rather than tying up
their bank line of credit or using cash operating funds, leasing allows an additional
source of capital for equipment. Taxes, delivery, service contracts and other
soft costs not typically financed by a bank can also be included in the cost
of the lease.
Tax Benefits. Lease rental payments are made from pre-tax rather than
after-tax earnings. Lease payments may be fully deductible, consult an accountant.
The cost of leasing is an operating expense, and is therefore tax deductible
for the life of the lease. This is usually shorter than the normally allowable
depreciation schedule. In most cases, tax benefits of a lease transaction are
more beneficial to a company than an outright purchase.
Fixed Rate Lease Payments. No variable interest rates here. Fixed payments
enable a lessee to more accurately predict equipment costs and cash needs.
Avoid Obsolescence. Buying promotes keeping equipment far beyond its
useful life. Out-dated equipment is often shuttled downstream or stored away
until it is less than worthless (sold for less than the costs of selling). Equipment
leasing protects your clients company from having to keep obsolete equipment.
Trade-in, add-on and upgrade capabilities allow your clients to make the needed
adjustments as your business grows.

Buying the right saw depends on these factors:
What am I cutting; brick, block, tile, other?
Your first step is to determine the type of materials being cut. A brick, block
and paver saw can cut tile but it is not recommended using a tile saw to cut
brick or pavers. Brick, paver and block saws reduce the rpm of the blade to
take full advantage of the motor rpm to allow cutting of the thicker materials.
This is equivalent to driving up a steep incline in first gear as opposed to
5th gear.
Tile saws are generally direct drive to spin faster for less chipping. Tile
thickness' typically range from 3/8" to 3/4". Length is more of a factor than
thickness. If your tiles are 18" x 18" then you would want a saw that allows
for cutting this tile on a diagonal. The Pythagorean Theorem comes into play.
Finally! In algebraic terms, "a2 + b2 = c2" where "c" is the hypotenuse while
"a" and "b" are the sides of the triangle.
Do I want gas or electric?
Most of the choices are for electric but the brick and block saws do have a
gasoline option. Gas units should be used if you are operating in an environment
where electricity is not readily available. The electric units are mostly 110v
units unless 220v is needed. The majority, for convenience sake is the 110v
unit. Unless you will be cutting large amounts of brick or block then the trouble
of finding a 220v source is outweighed by the simplicity of 110v. The tile and
slab saws are only in electric. The Combicut 1000 is available in 110 or 220
volt. The thickness of the material and the use either in a shop or on job-sites
should be considered.
What cord should I use?
The majority of most saw related issues stem from the factor of which extension
cord size is used. You MUST use the right extension cord for the application.
My rule of thumb is to use the shortest length possible. The gauge is also very
critical. You should use a cord thick enough so as to minimize voltage drop
due to resistance of copper wires. 12 gauge 50' max, 10 gauge if over 50' but
not to exceed 100'.
If you have applications that require more than 100' then you should consider
a gas unit. The IMER saws do have "low voltage coils" built into the switch
that will become a sacrificial piece if voltage is consistently used below recommendations.
This "low voltage coil" protects the switch,motor and capacitor from overheating
due to insufficient electricity. This is much like a fuse except that a fuse
will blow with too much electricity passed through it. This is a great savior
of IMER motors and switches. Keep in mind that if your "coil" trips then your
electrical source and cords are the prime suspect.
What blade should I use?
The blade on a saw must be the right blade for the material being cut. (Read
that again). The blade is similar to the tires on your car. Imagine buying that
ultra expensive, exotic Italian sports car with more horsepower, braking and
handling than you could wish for. Now take that car and put all season, off
the shelf radials on it. What would happen to your acceleration, braking, handling,
etc? I am not saying to buy the most expensive blade available but use the blade
that was designed for the material being cut.
There is a trade-off just like in the sports car. The sticky, gummy tires
made for your exotic sports car will not give you much mileage but you can be
sure that the tires will harness that power when you need it. A blade to cut
porcelain is designed to cut porcelain which means that it will wear quicker
as it exposes new diamonds. Trade-off is the name of the game. Hard material
= softer blade. Softer material like concrete block is fine with an average
blade which is designed not to wear prematurely.
Choose wisely and remember that price is not indicative of the blade needed
for the job.

New equipment sold by Husqvarna is warranted to be free from manufacturing
defects in normal service for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase
by the original consumer purchaser. Component manufacturers offer separate warranty
periods.
Our obligation under this warranty is expressly limited to the replacement
or repair at Husqvarna Construction Products North America, Olathe, Kansas 66061,
or at a service facility designated by us, of such part or parts as inspection
shall disclose to have been defective.
This warranty does not apply to defects caused by damage, unreasonable use,
faulty repairs made by others (or defects caused by failure to provide reasonable
maintenance, while in the possession of the consumer). Further, the warranty
is void if the product, or any of its components, are altered or modified by
the consumer purchaser, or if the product is used in an inappropriate manner
or with a blade not recommended by the manufacturer.

Laser Weld Blade/Bit Warranty
If the laser weld or diffusion bond between the segment and the core or barrel
fails during the normal useful life of the blade or bit, the blade or bit will
be replaced FREE OF CHARGE.
Brazed Blade/Bit Warranty
If the brazed bond between the segment and the core or barrel fails within
the first .050'' of segment wear, the blade or bit will be repaired or replaced
FREE OF CHARGE.
Continuous Rim Blade Warranty
If the bond between the diamond rim and core fails during the normal useful
life of the blade, the blade will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE.
