It can drill up to 1-1/2 in. diameter holes through 2 in. thick steel with annular cutters, or 1/2 in. diameter holes 4-1/4 in. deep with twist drill bits. The tool is setup to accept standard 3/4 in. Weldon shank cutters, or an optional 3-jaw chuck is available for use with twist drill bits. The strong two-coil magnet provides 2,300 lbs. of deadlift force on 1 in. thick steel. The simple two-button control panel is located on the back, away from feed handle obstruction. The feed handle can be conveniently relocated to the opposite side without the use of tools.

 The Lease Procedure
At NuCorp Financial Services, we make leasing as easy as 1-2-3! Most applicants
can be approved up to $75,000.00 with a simple one-page application.
Step 1
Client expresses interest in leasing the equipment from the equipment vendor.
Client completes the NuCorp Financial Services Equipment Application and returns
it to NuCorp via fax or email.
Step 2
Lease Consultant processes the application and calls the client to go over the
terms of the approval. Upon a verbal agreement on terms, a lease proposal is
sent to client. Once lease proposal is returned, the lease documents are prepared
and sent out to client.
Step 3
Client sends back the lease documents and NuCorp reviews the documents and completes
verbal verification. Once verbal is completed, the lease is funded and commenced.
A check is sent out overnight to the equipment vendor.

What Are The Benefits of Leasing?
Leasing Conserves Capital. Leasing eases the strain on working capital
by providing 100% financing. This means that your client has more money available
to invest in profit generating activities. It converts a large cash sale price
into a low, affordable, tax-deductible monthly payment. Rather than tying up
their bank line of credit or using cash operating funds, leasing allows an additional
source of capital for equipment. Taxes, delivery, service contracts and other
soft costs not typically financed by a bank can also be included in the cost
of the lease.
Tax Benefits. Lease rental payments are made from pre-tax rather than
after-tax earnings. Lease payments may be fully deductible, consult an accountant.
The cost of leasing is an operating expense, and is therefore tax deductible
for the life of the lease. This is usually shorter than the normally allowable
depreciation schedule. In most cases, tax benefits of a lease transaction are
more beneficial to a company than an outright purchase.
Fixed Rate Lease Payments. No variable interest rates here. Fixed payments
enable a lessee to more accurately predict equipment costs and cash needs.
Avoid Obsolescence. Buying promotes keeping equipment far beyond its
useful life. Out-dated equipment is often shuttled downstream or stored away
until it is less than worthless (sold for less than the costs of selling). Equipment
leasing protects your clients company from having to keep obsolete equipment.
Trade-in, add-on and upgrade capabilities allow your clients to make the needed
adjustments as your business grows.

Magnetic Drill Help
There are a few attributes of magnetic drills to consider before purchasing
one.
Hole Size: what diameter hole will you be cutting today and in the future.
Most customers are drilling 1" diameter holes and smaller which will put you
into a smaller and lighter drill. Some drills in this category are Jancy Holemaker,
Jm101 and Magforce, Milwaukee offers their 4270-21.
Larger diameters or depths of cuts will need more powerful drills. Be careful
when choosing larger drills the weights of these machines increase sharply.
Some drills in this area are the Jancy USA5, 2x2, 4x4 or the Fein KBM-52U and
Milwaukee 4208-1 and 4209-1.
Chuck Adapter: if you already have twist drill bits, are making holes
smaller than 7/16" or need to drill a blind hole then you need a chuck adapter,
these are accessories on these drills. Most of our drills will accept chucks
except the Jancy Magforce.
Cutting Fluid: Buy cutting fluid, either locally or through Toolfetch
it will extend the life of your cutters. If you are drilling horizontally or
upside-down we carry a special paste called Tapmatic Edge Cream which will stick
to the area being cut and melt with friction.
Pilot Pins: Pins are not mandatory but they help with centering your
cut and ejecting a solid slug after cutting through material, there are different
pins for different sized cutters
Annular Cutters: Cutters come in a variety of sizes and styles. The
most common cutters purchased are the high speed cutters. These cutters can
be resharpened 5-6 times depending on wear. Carbide tipped cutters are a less
expensive cutter to purchase but can only be resharpened once (or in some cases
not at all). Depending on your application we offer special cutters for unique
situations ie: cutting pipe requires a PG cutter or cutting pipe through both
sides need a PGID cutter. If your cutting through 2 separate plates at once
you need an ID cutter.
Below is a list of the different style cutters offered, if you need help or
need to order a special cutter call our toll free number at 800-508-4735 and
a sales representative will assist you.
Annular Cutter Definitions
High Speed Steel (HSS) Cutters (M2)
High Speed Steel is the standard material used to manufacture Slugger cutters.
Unless otherwise specified on the order, cutters are packaged as HSS.
Titanium Nitride (TINI) Cutters
TINI coatings improve tool life by increasing surface hardness of the tool
and providing greater lubricity. TINI coated cutters are generally used in applications
where the material being cut is difficult to machine, or when extended tool
life is desired. To order, add the suffix "TN" after part number or set number.
Titanium Carbonitride (TICN) Cutters
TICN coated cutters are practical when drilling highly abrasive or gummy materials
such as brass and aluminum alloys. To order, add the suffix "TC" after part
number or set number.
M42 Cobalt Steel Cutters
Cobalt cutters are effective when drilling material with inconsistent composition.
They are also valuable when increased feed rates are necessary and extending
tool life between sharpening is desirable. To order, add the suffix "C" after
part number or set number.
ID Sharpened Cutters
For Stack Drilling ID-style cutters are convenient when drilling through multiple
layers. To order, add the suffix "ID" after part number or set number.
Pipe-Style Geometry Cutters
For Pipe and Tube Drilling Applications Cutters with pipe-style geometry are
advantageous when drilling holes on curved or uneven surfaces. When ordering
cutters 1-1/4" and larger, add the suffix "PG" after part number or set number.
(Cutters smaller than this are manufactured standard with pipe-style geometry
Truck Frame Cutters
Cutters for Truck Frame Drilling Truck frames are manufactured to retain extraordinary
strength and durability. Consequently, frame materials are more difficult to
drill. An effective way to combat this problem is to use an ID-style cutter
that is also TINI coated. Combined, the resulting cutter simultaneously permits
continuous drilling through layers while enhancing cutting performance and extending
tool life. To order, add the suffix "IDTN" after part number or set number.
Rail Cutters
Specifically designed for rail drilling. Its unique design and specially developed
coating allow for faster drilling and longer life, even in the toughest rail.
