Do you ship outside the United States?
Toolfetch does ship outside the United States. Please email your questions to international@toolfetch.com

 

What is the process of ordering internationally through Toolfetch
1. Email international@toolfetch.com with your contact information, shipping address, and items you are looking to purchase

2. Once your email is received by a Toolfetch representative Toolfetch will email an estimate to you with an itemized quote of the products you are looking to purchase and freight costs to your location. Please allow 24-48 hours for a Toolfetch representative to contact you.

3. Placing an order is simple simply reply to international@toolfetch.com with your estimate number that you want to place the order. Toolfetch will email you with a copy of your sales order and our billing department will email you with wire transfer information. Please note Toolfetch charges $15-$20 additional for all wire transfers.

4. Once the wire transfer is complete please email international@toolfetch.com with confirmation that your wire transfer has been completed so our billing department can expedite your order.

5. Upon receiving full wire transfer payment Toolfetch will process your order. Lead time on shipping varies on different locations.

6. Toolfetch will email you with tracking information once the order has left the warehouse so you can track your shipment. Any questions feel free to contact us at international@toolfetch.com

 

Do you charge taxes and duties?
No, Toolfetch does not add international tax, tariffs or duties to orders. It is the customers responsibility to pay these fees

 

What method of payment do you accept?
Toolfetch will only accept wire transfer for international orders. Once the order is placed with Toolfetch our billing department will email you with Toolfetch wire transfer details. Currently we do not accept international credit cards.

 

What carrier do you use to ship international?
Toolfetch uses a variety of different carriers for shipping. Smaller items power tools, hand tools will ship by USPS, UPS or FedEx. Larger item such as cement mixers, pumps, saws will ship by sea or air. This will be determined once the freight rate is calculated.

 

How much do you charge for international shipping?
Please email us at international@toolfetch.com with the products you are looking to purchase your shipping information and indicate ground or express shipping. A Toolfetch representative will email you with a formal estimate for cost of the product and shipping costs to your location. Please allow 24-48 hours for quote information

 

How do I track my shipment?
Checking order status is simple! Simply click on our order status link on top of the Toolfetch website. Your will be asked to input your order number and your billing zip code. Here you can view your existing orders with Toolfetch and real time order status and tracking information.

 

What if I want to return my order?
All international orders are a final sale only. Toolfetch does not accept returns for any international order.
