Terms of Free Shipping:

Most items that qualify for “free shipping” will be sent out by UPS ground or Fedex ground shipping and will arrive on regularly scheduled delivery times and will not be subject to additional fees.

Extra Fees on Free Shipping: (Oversized or heavy orders requiring private shipping)

Oversized or heavy items that qualify for “free shipping” will be subject to an additional surcharge of $25-$50 if items are sent to the following:

Non-Commercial or Residential Delivery: will be subject to this surcharge if private shipper requires additional (smaller) trucks to make final delivery or needs a special “lift-gate” for final delivery.

**This surcharge will apply as well to a company that is operating from a residential community or address.

A Toolfetch sales representative will contact you before the item is shipped for acceptance of an additional charge.

To avoid surcharges to these addresses you can arrange to pick up items at shippers central facility, please notify a Toolfetch customer service representative at time of sale to finalize details.

The item is currently backordered from the manufacturer and will be back in stock shortly.

International Shipping

If you are shipping outside of the United States please contact our international dept at international@toolfetch.com and a Toolfetch representative will contact you back with information. We can also ship to a freight forwarder within the United States that can forward your freight to your location. (Please note freight forwarders cannot be setup by Toolfetch, it is the customers responsibility for this information.

Return Policy

Most products can be returned within the first 15 days.after delivery provided they are in new, fully functional, and undamaged condition, and include the original box, packing materials, manuals, and accessories. (Please note: Panel Saws, Magnetic Drills, Material lifts (Genie Lifts/Sumner), Storage Box (Knaack, Greenlee , Justrite) , Partner Saws, Log Splitters, cement mixers and all Gas Powered Products are final sales and cannot be returned.) Customers have 15 days in which to get the product back to us. The RGA# expires after 15 days and will not be extended or renewed. The customer is responsible for all expenses associated with the return shipment of the product to us.

Customers wishing to return products must:

1. Obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from a Toolfetch Customer Service representative (Please call us at 1-800-508-4735). This number must be printed on the outside of the package in order for it to be received and processed. Toolfetch will determine if credit will be issued upon evaluation of the product and packaging after it's returned to Toolfetch..
2. Toolfetch Customer Service will email or fax an RGA form stated with return information which needs to be signed and faxed back to us at 718-228-5306
(Please note we cannot accept a return without this form signed)
3. Tracking information must be emailed to contact@toolfetch.com so we can monitor your return and expedite credit.

A restocking fee of up to 15% (25% will be applied on special orders and certain manufacturers inquire before ordering) will be charged to the end user for all returned merchandise Shipping costs included in the initial delivery of order will not be refunded. If item was sent with Free Shipping Toolfetch will charge end user for the costs associated for Free Shipping and associated restocking fees. If you are exchanging a product due to customer error under certain circumstances Toolfetch will waive the restock fee.

We will gladly refund 100% of the product price including shipping charges and applicable tax if the error was ours or if the merchandise was defective.

Instructions for Returning products to Toolfetch

Your return must include the following:

  • Product in new condition returned in its original package.
  • All of the parts that the manufacturer included with the product.
  • Packing slip with reason for return and return approval number.
Make sure to wrap the item securely and keep the tracking number of the return package. We suggest that you purchase insurance for the item since we are not responsible for merchandise that is lost in return shipping. We recommend UPS. Toolfetch Returns will not be accepted unless we are notified by email or phone of the return. No return will be accepted if you don't have an RGA number.

Shipped the wrong product

In order to return an order that was sent incorrectly by Toolfetch please contact Toolfetch and a customer service representative will assist you in returning your product. There will be no cost of shipping to return the order.

My product arrived damaged

Always inspect your shipment before signing off for receipt of products/shipment. If you received a product that was damaged and you have already signed for it please take the following steps before calling Toolfetch:

1. Please call the shipping company immediately to file a damage claim if it has not already been notated on bill of lading upon receipt.
1. Take digital pictures of the damage and take notes for records and email them to Toolfetch at contact@toolfetch.com for claims.
2. Notify a customer Service representative at Toolfetch after pictures are sent.

Measures taken by Toolfetch after notification of damage:

1. Toolfetch will first assess damage of product by reviewing pictures.
2. If damage is repairable by sending replacement parts Toolfetch will send necessary parts from the manufacturer to fix the damage.
3. If damage is not repairable, Toolfetch will have a representative from the delivering shipping company to inspect damage. If item is assessed to be non-repairable Toolfetch will take the necessary steps to get the customer up and running. Toolfetch will not send out a second product until product is inspected and a pick-up is scheduled for the damaged product. If item is replaced and there is a backorder on the item or it is not in stock Toolfetch will notify the customer at that time.
4. Please be PATIENT Toolfetch will work with you to rectify your situation


When is my credit card charged

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
  • Your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. Toolfetch.com has the right to cancel an order if the information given to us is incorrect or considered fraudlent.
  • Any incorrect billing information can cause a delay in processing.

Terms for Canceling an order

To cancel an order you must notify Toolfetch within 24 hours of purchase, if item has already shipped when notification of cancellation has been received, the item will be considered a return and will follow normal return policies as mentioned in
Return Policy.

Changing an Order

If you need to change your order please contact us by phone and email and we can make the proper adjustments to your order. (Please note we can only change your order if it has not shipped from the warehouse)

  • Step 2 -- Fill out your billing and shipping information and click checkout on the bottom of the page. Only the Required fields ar e necessary to continue. Here you have an option to save your information for the next visit by creating an account with us.
  • Step 3 -- Review, Please review that your information is correct. If billing or shipping information needs to be changed, you can select Edit Order. Then enter your credit card information below ( you also have the option to save your credit card information for future orders, Please note credit cards are encrypted ) and select place order. Please allow a few moments for our system to process the information.
  • Step 4 -- Confirmation. Your done, your order has been accepted
