What is the process of ordering to Canada through Toolfetch
1. Email canada@toolfetch.com
or call us at 800-508-4735 with your contact information, shipping
address, and items you are looking to purchase
2. Once your email is received by a Toolfetch representative Toolfetch will
email an estimate to you with an itemized quote of the products you are
looking to purchase and freight costs to your location. Please allow 24-48
hours for a Toolfetch representative to contact you. (Please note not all
items can be shipped into canada, we will email you back with the items
that are not eligible)
3. Placing an order is simple, Call us at 800-508-4735 with your estimate
number and we will take the necessary information and credit card information
to complete your sale. Please note Toolfetch takes
visa, mastercard, amex and discover.
4. Toolfetch will email you with tracking information once the order has
left the warehouse so you can track your shipment. Any questions feel free

Do you charge taxes and duties?
No, Toolfetch does not add international tax, tariffs or duties to orders.
It is the customers responsibility to pay these fees
What method of payment do you accept?
Toolfetch takes visa, mastercard, amex and discover, wire transfer or
money order.
What carrier do you use to ship international?
Toolfetch uses a variety of different carriers for shipping. Smaller
items power tools, hand tools will ship by UPS or FedEx. Larger item such
as cement mixers, pumps, saws will ship by truck. This will be determined
once the freight rate is calculated.
How much do you charge for international shipping?

with the products you are looking to purchase your shipping information
and indicate ground or express shipping. A Toolfetch representative will
email you with a formal estimate for cost of the product and shipping costs
to your location. Please allow 24-48 hours for quote information
How do I track my shipment?
Checking order status is simple! Simply click on our order status link
on top of the Toolfetch website. Your will be asked to input your order
number and your billing zip code. Here you can view your existing orders
with Toolfetch and real time order status and tracking information.
What if I want to return my order?
All international orders are a final sale only. Toolfetch does not accept
returns for any international order. Please also note our assurz service
is not covered by shipments to Canada
